Meditating For The First Time & How To Adapt New Habits With Confidence

Every year we go through new challenges and we grow a little more every time, we strive to eliminate those negative areas in our lives that no longer serve us so we can make space for those areas that allows us to evolve, to invite new habits and new ways of nurturing our growth. In this episode I share what happened after I completed 30 days of meditation for the very first time - my reflection will hopefully allow you to gain clarity around the natural struggles that arise whenever we are trying to adapt new habits and expectations and how we can learn to build our own tools to do the things we've always wanted to take-on and put them into action with a full-heart and open mind.
